MA-LECK WOODCRAFTS 3 LEGGED SPINNING CHAIR BIRTHING STYLE WOODEN STOOL
This is a vintage three-legged birthing style spinning chair made by Ma-Leck Woodcrafts, Inc., Wingate, N.C. This chair is in good condition, it has slight nicks and scratches on the wood, but overall looks nice in my opinion. It has a soft leather which is in good condition, there are no holes or tears. The seat back has a heart-shape cut out. Chair measures about 33.25" high to the to of the back, it is about 16.5" to the top of the padded seat. Seat is about 11" in diameter. The Ma-Leck company's famous three legged chair created by furniture designer, Frank Chaney in 1964-65 was the most popular put out by Ma-Leck and was always on the top 10 sales list for the company. It was sold in major Department stores as well as small gift stores all over the country. To ship, I will unscrew the legs, seat and back dissembled, labeling which leg goes where, so that the buyer can easily assemble it. Shipping and insurance included.
